    application error Urgent Help Needed!

    Got a call from a local customer a few minutes ago and he said he'd been getting an error message when tying to complete and order.

    Basically when completing an order the following message is displayed and nothing happens.
    Your order is being processed, please wait...
    I log on using his screen name and password and saw the same message.

    loged in as myself (regular customer log in) and attempted to complete an order, same exact thing.

    The only recent change to my site has been to add the facbook like Button. I've already deleted that before posting this thread, it made no difference.

    I cleared my debug log and tried a few more purchases. Smae result but nothing showing up in my debugg folder (cache).

    Had a few completed orders yesterday, nothing today.

    HELP!!

    Neither that phrase nor anything similar to it can be found in Zen Cart core code.

    Find the phrase in your store's files, and you'll have a better idea where it's coming from. And if it's not in your store's files, then it's in your offsite payment gateway service, in which case that's where you need to start.

    Okay, that's why nothing is showing up in my debug file.

    Haven't changed my payment methods so it has to be on PAYPAL's side of the fence.

    and correct me if wrong but you seem to have rewrites for your checkout process pages?

    Sounds like nit picking but just an opinion, your homepage gives me zoomed effect on mouse over which is annoying as I want to browse before seeing zoomed images as a consumer, yet on product info page it resorts back to original ZC pop up box. Where did the clever zoom on mouse over disappear?

    Yes, and it was working fine. Also if that was your message regarding CJ loader, yes I most certainly did install it when I installed the FEC mod.

    Wierd, all of those types of user instructions were removed when I upgraded to zc1.5

    I know, I'll be turning that feature off soon enough.

    I just re-installed FEC and now the site appears to be working.

    I'm not certain as to the exact cause but it appears to be a conflict between FEC and CEON URI mapping/manager....and that is way beyond my ability to fix.

    Perhaps it's your configuration of them as I have them both working well together.
