Shipping Rates, am seeking your help

Hello All,

Very new here to Zen Cart and fully like it. I have pretty much got the store setup with the exception of the Shipping module.

I am currently using 1.39h for my version with many mods added to it.

Anyways, my situation is this and I hope someone can help. My distributor charges a flat rate fee and/or percentage for shipping fees from their warehouses to my customers, below is a breakdown and my problem.

USPS Standard - $x.xx or 5% of my cost total whichever is greater.
USPS Airmail - $xx.xx or 25% of my cost total whichever is greater.

UPS Ground - $xx.xx or 5% of my cost total whichever is greater.
UPS 2 Day - $xx.xx or 25% of my cost total whichever is greater.

Since the UPS rates are actually pulling rates due to my zip code added into admin section and from the actual UPS database, per my understanding here on the forums.

With Table Rate selected and a formula entered when I place an item into the cart and go to checkout it is showing on the checkout page "Table Rate" and below "Best Way" I also have UPS enabled and below the "Table Rate" fees shows the UPS Rates for "Ground" and "2nd Day Air" with the shipping fees which are close to the actual shipping rates.


How would I set this up so I could offer my customers both UPS as well as USPS? With a close proximity of the actual shipping charges. For Instance have this showing for Shipping Rates:

USPS Standard: $xx.xx
USPS Airmail: $xx.xx

UPS Ground: $xx.xx
UPS 2nd Day Air: $xx.xx

Thanks for your reply. Yes I do have the USPS module installed and configured, am awaiting from USPS to switch my service from Test to Production at this time.

Well till then you can assign a sort order for each of your methods
