    Okay. Earlier you said you're getting this message:
    WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.
    That means an error is occurring. And it's most likely recorded in the logs.
    What's showing in the logs now?

    I haven't gotten anything in the logs since Sunday and this is what it showed:

    [07-Oct-2012 18:34:23 UTC] PHP Fatal error: 0: DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED :: select * from zen_project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' in /home/content/88/9174688/html/zencart/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 101

    Well that sort of thing would show up if the DB_PASSWORD (or other DB_XXXXX settings) were invalid in the configure.php files.

    But if that's been fixed, then the issue is something else.

    Well, isn't my face red...I've been on with GoDaddy and a very helpful employee who guided me to the CORRECT configure.php file. I was not going into the admin/includes/config, I was just going into admin/config. I now have my admin login screen again, however, it is still not accepting my login info.

    Sooooo, I guess now my question is--if now that all the DB passwords match in all the config.php files, if I were to run that code in the tutorial that I posted, will it work???

    Getting sweaty palms just thinking about trying it again.

    What are the new symptoms since fixing the correct configure.php file?

    - blank screen?
    - "invalid password" message?
    - no message, but just refreshes the login boxes to empty again after submitting?

    - or still the old "WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again." message?

    I'm actually getting the login screen now. It's just not accepting username/PW combo. Tried username with PW that is in the php files. Tried 'Admin/admin' combo also.

    Okay, then yes the SQL query shown in the FAQ article should take care of resetting it to Admin/admin
