Help! My account creation has broken

It was working, i created an account myself less than a week ago.

had a backup, re-uploaded it but still it doesn't work.

Once all fields are inputted and click submit, it comes up on the next page and says:

Please verify the information below.


but there is no information below it, nothing it says is wrong.

I am using Fast and Easy Checkout but am mystified as to why even the original backp-up file doesnt work.

any ideas?

I was able to create an account and log in, though the account creation success page declared a database error. DrByte suggests a reason in post #3 here:

But I don't know if it applies to your Zencart version, which is outdated and should be upgraded to at least 1.3.9h.

it is not letting an account be created when selecting UK as the country...

it seems the: Send Copy of Create Account Emails To - Status (set to 1) killed everything. set it to 0 and no error showing now.

I can update my zencart automatically, it says it appears my current version is up-to-date.

Any fast way to upgrade?
