Missing Shipping Module info in Admin Area - Please help! In tears!

Hi,
After I upgraded from 1.3.9 to 1.5, I made the mistake of clicking 'install' instead of 'upgrade'. Luckily, I backed up my database. After completing the upgrade, a customer was trying to order and could not get past the 'proceed to checkout' page--it would give a http 500 internal error message. I finally tracked it to the shipping module and found that in the Admin area, there is NO information in the shipping module. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get it back? Everything else is in tact, but when I click on shipping, I just get the headers "modules, sort order, actions" with no options.

Try reloading all your admin files

Peek in the /logs ... do you see any debug logs for your admin?

Might just be a bad file that needs to be reloaded to:
/includes/modules/shipping

or to:
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping

I tried both suggestions. Re-loading the admin files didn't do the trick. I re-loaded the store shipping module files and the override files that I had created. I think the something in the override files was not compatible with the new version. Thanks a bunch you guys! I can't find my usps or ups tables, but that's an easy fix. I'm going to try shipping easy. Thanks again!
