Exporting Inventory to Easy Populate

I would like to know if there is a manual for easy populate or something like that. Also is there any other inventory software upload software that is available for Zen Cart. I have about 12,000 items that I need to upload into my store. I currently do not have Easy Populate installed because my domain is being transferred to Host Gator at this time. Is it fairly easy to use so I can update it weekly? Also do I have to create the categories in ZC before I upload the files. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I believe I have installed EP sucessfully as it is listed in the tools area of the admin. I did not get a prompt to "click here to install" though as I had to upload the SQL Patch. Anyways I am trying to find the example files and I cannot locate them in the TempEp file. Did I do something wrong?

I have ZC 1.5 and Easy Populate installed and I want to be able to export an item that I have created in ZC to EP so that I can see what the file needs to look like. How do I go about doing this if it is possible? Do I need a plugin for this and if so what do I need. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok, how do I go about exporting the product to excel/openoffice in EP format. I don't know how or where to go/what to do.
