you will need to work out how to make a google api key for this so that the shortened url can be created. https://code.google.com/apis/console/

and the edit to the tpl_shopping_cart_default.php has changed a bit because I had problems with '&' and '&' in the url so I fudged the issue.

oh and take out the stuff in application_top.php because i have put it in an init_include
