I am getting errors submitting form. Please Help me figured out what the issue is.

First, why have you copied the login page to an EZ page ?

Alright, but my issues is not the login. My issue is error with submition of the form. Can you see what is the problem?

You can view the source for each page and copy into a code editor and do the comparison yourself
