Default Authorize.Net AIM will not display in checkout

Everything is setup correctly and it is supposed to be the #1 option but does not display.

Other payment methods such as PayPal Express Checkout display just fine.

If you are using Sort Orders, do you have a Sort Order on all payment modules? If so, are they all unique with none set to 0?

    Correct

None of the active payment methods are sort order 0. All have their own unique sort order number.

Authorize.net AIM is sort order 1.

I have also tried changing the order around but which payment methods displayed did not change.

Any payment module that's designed to take credit card numbers directly on your site will NOT display if your site doesn't have SSL enabled. You should NEVER collect credit card numbers without using SSL on your site.

The site has a SSL certificate in place

Having an SSL cert isn't the same as telling your Zen Cart to use it.

What's the URL to your checkout page?
If I were to add something to the shopping basket and start checkout, would it put an https URL into the browser?

I am having the same problem. I've had several customers tell me that the only payment option is "Check/Money Order." When I log onto my personal "test" account, however, I've always found the option there.

My checkout page URL is https://www.beerbrew.com/catalog/ind...eckout_payment, so SSL shouldn't be the hangup.

I did have all payment method sort priorities at "0" (since changed), but that shouldn't explain why some accounts work and others don't.

Is it possible that the DB is corrupted? I have NOT installed v1.5.1.

In your AIM module settings, what "Payment Zone" is selected? If it's not set to "--None--", why?

If it's changed from --None-- to something else, then the module will only show to customers whose address fits in the zone you've selected.
