Additional Product Image help

Hi, i'm fairly new to Zen Cart and I'm having a problem when any additional product is clicked to display a large image,it keeps on displaying the default product image instead of the additional images. Could somebody please help on how to display the correct image.

Your image file naming convention isn't right. You have a product image file name of JR Art Cart.jpg, so your additional image should be something like JR Art Cart_01.jpg and your large image for that additional image should be JR Art Cart_01_LRG.jpg. (It pains me to type that, as my old DOS brain hates to see spaces in file names, and they may in fact cause problems on some servers.)

Thanks but i'm still a bit confused, I have place images in large folder, however how do I update the path name of the image to display the correct image in the pop up? Sorry again to trouble I'm really new to Zen Cart.

You don't need to do anything for the large image to show in the popup, if you have named it correctly and saved it in the right folder. Try renaming the base and other images for this product without spaces, in case this is part of the problem. It is ALWAYS best practice to never use spaces in file or folder names.

Just tried that and image disappeared This has me really baffled

Then your file names aren't right yet. Let's start with one. You have renamed the product image to JR_Art_Cart_small_01_MED.jpg.

That means your first additional image should be named JR_Art_Cart_small_01_MED_01.jpg and the large image for it would be JR_Art_Cart_small_01_MED_01_LRG.jpg.

Pretty confusing. I would suggest you change the main product image name to JR_Art_Cart.jpg, and make your additional images JR_Art_Cart_01.jpg and JR_Art_Cart_02.jpg, and your additional large images JR_Art_Cart_01_LRG.jpg and JR_Art_Cart_02_LRG.jpg and save the latter two in the /LRG folder.

okay i've sorted the images out from start i now have

JR_Art_Cart_small_01_MED

JR_Art_Cart_small_03

Placed them in correct folders however main image works but additional ones arent showing up

I'm still seeing the main image as JR_Art_Cart_small_01_MED.jpg on that page.
