Error 500

Hello

I have a problem with my zencart store, from time to time, the store went poof with error 500
in my error log i have:
[Mon Oct 15 11:57:18 2012] [error] [client 69.171.237.0] File does not exist: /home/XXXXX/public_html/500.shtml
[Mon Oct 15 11:57:18 2012] [error] [client 69.171.237.0] SoftException in Application.cpp:574: Could not execute script "/home/XXXXX/public_html/store/index.php"

I don't know what is causing this issue..

You need to sort that out with your hosting company. It's a server-side problem.

For info the issue is due to the fact that Facebook bots are scolling too much my store in the same time, and explode my CPU usage ... can't believe i have to create a htaccess to ask FB to slow down its scrolling... o.O
