    Default Slow website

Can anyone go to my site and see if they can see why it is so slow to load? I ran it through webpagetest.org, but I didn't understand most of what it was telling me. I am currently hosted on GoDaddy and from what I read that is a lot of the problem, but I have to remain on GoDaddy at least for the time being. We're having a big event coming up this weekend and I expect traffic to be increased, so I want to make sure that the site is running smoothly so I don't lose out on those customers. Thanks in advance.

History tells us that your problem is almost certainly caused by your host, but we might be able to spot something woth a link to the site. Also try activating Parse Time Logging in Admin - Configuration - Logging and: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?...s-numbers-mean

That is abysmal. I checked your site out with the Web Developer & Speed add-ons for Firefox, as well as http://www.webpagetest.org/result/121015_61_HZV/ and both my own location & the remote test show a very, very slow load speed.

The most likely cause is your host with either an overloaded or badly configured server.

It could be your hosting service,,, try get with your hosting and ask them why your web site is loading slow.

Have you asked GoDaddy to do a performance profile/review on your site? Ask. If the person you talk to doesn't know what you mean, ask them to escalate your call to someone who does.

I contacted GoDaddy and they're having me downgrade my account. I was on a Windows Server and I am now in the process of migrating over to a Linux server. They told me there was high CPU usage on the server that I was on. From what I've heard, that was a predictable find. I will let you know the results.
