when would a language define not work?

1.3.9h but on php 4.4.9 with those changed files.

In product_listing.php (modules), I have changed TABLE_HEADING_PRICE to TABLE_HEADING_PRICE_YEO to be able to change only that language file in that one place. I see the change but everyone else who is looking at it is only seeing the TABLE_HEADING_PRICE_YEO and not the define itself which is sort by price.

I did a search in the developer manager and did turn up both files with TABLE_HEADING_PRICE_YEO.

Why in the world would others not see the change? I used Browserstack.com and checked thru all the mac browsers etc and it sees the change too.

Thanks. The folks that are seeing the other are in Texas and Tennesee. And the change was made yesterday - wouldn't think this could be a cache issue.

Their ISPs may have some sort of weird cache thing working.

That's what I thought until he said it was Tennessee as well as Texas. All the Texas folks may well be on the same ISP but Tennesee wouldn't be - though could be on one of those tiny ISPs who change their cache weekly!

I tend to agree: Seems like it's an ISP/caching issue.
