    Default Temporary Password Reset does not get emailed to me

    I have requested to reset my password. When I click "forgot password" It takes me to a window to input my admin email address which i do. I then click "Request Reset" it the tells me A new password has been sent to the email address you entered.
    Click "login" below to login with the new temporary password.
    Nothing appears below also when i go to my Admin Email i have not received the temporary password. Its been more than 1 hr, Ive tried this several times and i still have not yet received the temporary password. I need to get in ASAP. Please help! Not sure what version I have.

    The email can't be sent properly if your site didn't have email settings configured properly in the first place.
