Can I sell digital images, based on images uploaded by customer?

I have been searching for a cart that will suit my needs. It seems from this thread Zen cart will. I sell photo editing services. No product is shipped. I edit digital images and send the edited images back to the customer. It seems if this cart can accept image uploads from the customer it should work for me. I have a question.
Can it apply more than one service to the same image. In other words the customer wants the image resized which cost $5, they want red eye removed also $5 and they want blemishes etc. removed from the skin for $5. That's a total of $15 being applied to one image. The customer may want more or fewer services applied to their image. The payment is taken through paypal, then the customer uploads the image for me to work on. Is Zen cart capable of handling this type of transaction? Also can Zen cart accept other image types such as .tiff or .bmp.

Yes, one can add attributes to a product i.e.red eye, retouch etc

In the admin one can add image types
