Does anyone have any tips of steps I can take to discover my problem? When I search the forum, it seems that there are more users sharing the same problem.

Holy ########, how stupid can I be....my language shortcode for netherlands isn't nl, but it is 'du'. So I changed the email/nl to email/du and it sent me a html formattted mail.
Thanks for helping out here :)
Now I only have to figure how I can sent html emails with tool -> send email.
