Struggling to update used modules from 1.3.9h to 1.5.0 - need help

ciao, Hi, I need help to upgrade some modules that I use in the shop 1.3.9 h. I tried and I failed. I am in need of help. I am awear of the rules of this forum and respectfully ask Members privately message me with cost to upgrade modules. Thank you.

The first module I have tried importing from 1.3.9 system is the module 'Include and Exclude Tax in Prices (Nett/Gross)'

I have this day attempted to write for 1.5.0 but it does not work
The Cart Side Box is wrong when set to 'Display Prices with tax' - I added a photo


When I have setting to inc/ex it kills the shopping cart - I added a photo


A new feature I can't work either -


I try to create for this community but it escapes me. I also cannot undo the MYSQL to remove / uninstall.

i hope I am clear? As the other modules is much harder to explain.
