I have added the "Subject" contribution add on for the contact us page which one of our subjects is product questions. Is there a way to send the store owner the items in the customers shopping cart when a contact us form is sent to us? For example, when our worker does live chat, she is able to see what is in the cart through the "Who's online" tool. We would like to extend this to the email system as well. The reason for this is to track data on whether sales are completed more when the item in question is in the cart versus not. Its basically a marketing data collection which will help us in the future.
