Shopping Cart Status Missing from Header

The Shopping Cart status is missing from the header of my site. I searched online many hours, countless times, in the past month trying to find the solution so I hope this is not a duplicate thread. I have also turned on/off every conceivable option in the Admin panel and am stumped how to get this back. My Zen site is http://www.floridagofishing.com/shop.

Here is an image of what I am sure was on their when the software was first installed. This is my first Zen site so I have made a lot of modifications both programmatically and in the Admin panel to make it fit in with my main site. It was originally installed by GoDaddy on my server.

Thank you for looking at this for me. I do not have a template installed on this site, I have more or less made my own by making folders for each page I have made changes to. I don’t think I made any changes to the shopping cart section so I am loss as to where to look.

Is there a setting in the Admin panel that turns this on/off?

Or is the setting in a PHP file, if so, which file? I have backups of all files so I can compare the files to figure out what has changed if I inadvertently changed something that effects this item from appearing.

Thanks for your help! FYI, I have looked at many live Zen sites and noticed a lot do not show this Shopping Cart status in the header.

My header is the standard template, I just used a larger image and manipulated the CSS to get it to look like that. I did add an unordered list to the includes/templates/myfiles/common/tpl_header.php. This list is inside it's own <DIV> and outside of PHP, it is just above the <div id="navMainWrapper">

The shopping cart status I am trying to get back was not working long before I added this unordered list this week to the header.

Just found another site with it in the Zen Menu bar exactly as I want it to show - if I knew where to turn it on, I am sure it is an easy setting.
