Hello,
My customers get a white page when attempting to create an account.
In error logs I see various instances of:
I did a few searches that recommend changing ereg_replace to preg_replace but modifying query_factory.php made the entire zc installation into white pages. Doing just template_func.php made all of the pages Black with nothing on them. You are using Zen Cart v1.3.8a from 2006 which was designed for PHP 4 ... but your server is using PHP 5.3
You need to upgrade to a modern version of Zen Cart if you want to run it on a server using a modern version of PHP.
Start by upgrading to at least v1.3.9h.
