PlugNPay Smart Screens - not processing due to state names

Hi all,

I've been searching with some desperation on how to resolve this issue.

I have PlugNPay as my online card processor, since they said that they support Zen Cart and they work with my merchant account. I downloaded their recommended ZC plugin: "PlugnPay CC Smart Screens Method Payment Module for ZenCart v1.3.8".

Now, I realize that there is a version mismatch, but it seemed to be my only option. The plugin works fine until I attempt to process a transaction and it trips because (according to PnP support) ZC is sending the billing state field as a name, rather than the state abbreviation (e.g. "New York" instead of "NY").

Does anyone know if there is a workaround to get PnP to work with Zen Cart 1.5? Is there some place in the front-end or back-end where I can specify that it sends the state abbreviation instead of the state name? My only idea atm is to manually change the US zones whereby the zone code (abbreviation) equals the zone name (state name), so there would only be abbreviations on the table.

Have either of you spoken to PlugnPay technical support? Also, who is your actual card processor?
