Question on Products meta tags.

Just want to know if it is necessary to all the products defined for the meta tags in the admin area since the all the search engines will be crawling all the products and pages even if the Meta Tags Defined isn't turned on or off?

The Meta Tag Description is most important - & should contain those terms that are in your product description less modifiers i.e. adjectives & adverbs

So its better off to have keywords and descriptions for each products in the admin since they are very important?

Because they take time, I recommend one to update those items that are most purchased/searched for "first"
meta keywords are less important than a proper meta description

gotcha,,, but when I add the Meta Tage Title,,,,then I open the browser to look at that product page, the title at the to browser shows twice. I hope you understand what I am getting at?

You must be using the product name as the meta title

ZenCart uses product title by default
You are seeing it twice I suspect due to using it as the meta Title
