Insert xml code into rss feed on v1.5

Hi I just would like to use this page http://www. dentistry.co.uk/rss.xml on my site. Can someone help me out? I dont know how to do it. I have tried an rss feed plugin with disastrous consequences - a simple guide for idiots would be whats needed here :)

Static rss feed box works with v1.5.
Yesterday, after installing pdfcreator (epic fail), the wrong version of easypopulate (why is still available? - how confusing), rss feed (no idea if that works or not) and spending 3 hours on Catalog Creator before realising its not freeware (as stated) in any way, shape or form, not to mention failing to make printable pages work with v1.5, it was nice to actually download a plugin that worked and had instructions I could understand.
