Diagnosing 500 errors and performance issues on my site, I have noticed that I get this error:
HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error C:\php53\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exceeded configured request timeout
Error code: 0x80070102

When I checked with godaddy they said it appears to be a script that is hanging in zencart. How can I find out which script could be causing this performance/500 error.
I have turned on some of the logging, and I can get access to the raw logs as well.

Some days the site responds fast, other days it is slow and hits 500 errors. Seems like it is either happening at random, or heavy load on the server.

Thanks, are you seeing the same problem I am? Because sometimes it runs flawless and sometimes it does not. The support has told me that the code is not optimized and that is my problem [which from my tests does not seem to be the problem]

Yes, I was seeing some of the same issues with load times. Yesterday night you should have received a reply for our Advanced Hosting Team that talked about a change we made that helped decrease load times in regards to the database and also a link with several suggestions specific to your site to help speed up load times. If you have any further questions you can send me a PM and I would be happy to help answer them.
