Shipping Quotes/Fed Ex shipping Help

Hello, I am new to Zen Cart and the company Im working for has been updating there site.
Im trying to figure out why the shipping estimates are not reflecting correctly on the fed ex
option? Nor can I get the shipping quote feature to work? We are just wanting to make sure
the customer knows the shipping cost and that its not free shipping. I did an experiment to
see what our site quoted for a shipment based on one that I recently did. It was 120 pounds
and cost 270.00 shipping, but our site said something like 50.00? Any help would be appreciated.

I do not see an add to cart selector so can not review shipping estimator
