Toggling Category/Product Status in admin by clicking on red/green square not working

Fresh install of v151 using upgraded database from previous version of zencart.
I noticed that when trying to toggle product status (from enabled to disabled) by clicking on the red or green indicator does not appear to be working for me. I am running some plugins that made adjustments to some Admin files including stock by attribute.

When I hover over an "active" status, I receive the following link:

(while trying to activate a deactivated category:)
http://Domain.com/Secretly_renamed_a...&cID=71&cPath=

(while trying to disable an enabled product:)
http://Domain.com/Secretly_renamed_a...Path=37&page=1

I can switch the status by editing the product and marking it out of stock - but it would be much easier to do this by clicking on the status indicator buttons.

thanks DrByte. I know what all Admin files were touched, and I did a compare to the original install files for v1.5.1 - As I do not code, I am not sure which one might have caused the problem.

Any idea where to begin looking?

Thanks Dr Byte. That was exactly it. Did not notice the suggested threads at the bottom. Those are a fantastic resource and I'll keep an eye on those from now on! Really appreciate your assistance.
