making changes to store after changing template

Hi,
Sorry to be asking a stupid question but I can't seem to get this to work.
I've installed zen cart ok, and changed the template to Mihluna.
I now want to alter some of the sidebox titles eg Page 2 etc and the Congratulations message on the main page.
I found info on the forum to do this by copying the file into a custom directory and making the changes there. I think that's what I've done but nothing has changed on my site. For the examples above the files I changed were:
/includes/languages/english/page_2.php and I saved it to /includes/languages/english/mihluna/mytemplate/page_2.php
and
includes/languages/english/index.php and I saved it to
includes/languages/english/mihluna/mytemplate/index.php
Any suggestions?

Mihluna is your template, so the path would be just includes/languages/english/mihluna/index.php

Thanks for that, just want to check is it ok to alter files under Mihluna, I thought I wasn't supposed to do that in case of upgrades in the future?

ps just noticed the congratulations message has now successfully changed, don't think i did anything else

Sorry being extra thick today! It's just the title in the sidebox list that hasn't changed. The title on the top of the page now correctly reads Maison Raphaël instead of Page 2

That's changed in includes/languages/english.php.
