Hello! Wondered if anyone could help me.
When I try to add a picture to a new product or change an existing picture on a product, it does not work. It just says "no image".
Has anyone had this problem?

What are the particulars for this install?

it is installed on a folder named www
/www/
How do I check the error logs?

Your hosting control panel (not Zen Cart admin) could be one of several programs, one of which is cPanel. If so, there are logs available from the main panel.
It might help for us to be able to see your site, too.
