I just want to know if there is any suitable template in Zencart with all the payment integration (paypal Standard mainly) for a design agency or firm.

Zencart templates are about the way you site looks, not how it functions, so any template would work. Try installing Zencart, and checking out the admin area for payment processing options. Check this site for free templates:
