Configure.php Issue GoDadd, Easy Populate

I am using GoDaddy as my host for Zen Cart 1.3.8a and I recently installed Easy Populate 1.2.5.4.

I installed correctly and my site is functioning fine. The problem that I am having is every 4-5 hours my site goes down and I receive this message:

Hello. Thank you for loading Zen Cart™.

You are seeing this page for one or more reasons:

This is your first time using Zen Cart™ and you haven't yet completed the normal Installation procedure.
If this is the case for you, you will need to upload the "zc_install" folder using your FTP program, and then run zc_install/index.php via your browser (or reload this page to see a link to it).

Your /includes/configure.php and/or /admin/includes/configure.php file contains invalid path information and/or invalid database-connection information.
If you recently edited your configure.php files for any reason, or maybe moved your site to a different folder or different server, then you'll need to review and update all your settings to the correct values for your server.

I have combed through my configure.php and everything seems fine. I am beginning to think this is a GoDaddy issue. Why would my site function for 4-5 hours then go down?

Any suggestions for the fix? Configure.php file? New host? What would be the best?

I am not a technical person to know how to fix the problem and I am not sure if GoDaddy even cares. I am repeatedly told to check Zen Cart forums for the fix but I think it is a server issue. PLEASE HELP!

I can post my configure.php file and other important information if it helps to solve this issue!

I would upgrade as soon as I could from Zen Cart 1.3.8a to the latest version of zen cart too.
