Moved to new server. Instructions are to overwrite new install with all old files except includes/configure.php & zenadmin/includes/configure.php. However, the old public_html/configure.php still points to the old site - what about that file & who knows how many other files...?

There is no configure.php in the root of a fresh install of v1.5.1. There is an /admin/configuration.php, which is different and not to be confused with either of the configure.php files.
