How do I change the items in 'information' ?

for example:
I want to
1. remove 'Gift Certificate FAQ' from 'information'.
2. move 'Discount Coupon' to 'Customer Service'.

I did an EZ-Page 'Our Best Price Guarantee' in English. When I change to other language, it is still in English. How do I do other language version?

I made a define_page_2.php, where can I see it?
