Suddenly have Inconsistent Product List

I have an issue with my product list. If I go to orders and select one of the orders, I always get that box on the right that gives me a brief overview of the order with "edit, delete, invoice and packing slip" buttons, and a list of what the customer bought at the bottom. If I click "edit" to see all the details of the order, I only get the very first thing that they ordered, and the rest of them dont show up! I also dont get the user comments section either.

the last thing I did was install the "quick status update" plugin. Im running v1.5.1 and this is a real problem. Ill gladly get rid of this plugin, but Ill need to replace the orders.php file to do it, and I dont have that. Id rather see if someone has a solution.

just put back the original "orders.php" and the problem is still there, so thats not it.

You didn't answer any of the posting tips so it's difficult to even know where to send you for a possible debug file. If using 1.5.0 or earlier, check the cache directory. In 1.5.1, the logs directory.

Im using 1.5.1, upgraded by Dreamhost from 1.3.9 maybe 2 weeks ago.
the last thing I installed was the quick status update, which I put back to original, but didnt help.
To install that, all I did was replace the admin/orders.php.
the URL if it helps is shop.hellgateindustries.com and the host is dreamhost.
Im not a programmer, but I figure stuff out when I need to :)

Does "upgraded by Dreamhost" mean that they did it for you or that you used an automated installer?

If they did it for you, you need to point out to them where in the page source the file stops.

If you used an automated installer/updater, it has probably done what they all do and that's screw up. When it applies to Zen Cart, "Automated Installer" is the world's biggest misnomer. MAYBE one can be used for a bare-bones, new install. But, even then, unless the auto installer is specifically designed for the server it's on the result can be far less than desired. Your best bet for this scenario may be to go back to the 1.3.9, stabilize it, and use the downloadable FULL file set of 1.5.1 to upgrade properly. http://www.zen-cart.com/entry.php?3-...d-of-upgrading and the docs folder of the download can help with that.

My guess for this case is that either they or the auto messed with the Latin versus utf8 database character settings and a character in the product title or description is causing the problem.
