Help With Logo Placement

I've tried looking at everything myself but I just can't get it

I'm trying to get my current size logo to fit in the header of my new site at eagleshack dot com

Right now, the logo image size is too big so it pushes the navbar down. You can see what it's meant to look like by visiting swordshack dot com

If anyone can help me out with squeezing the logo in that space it would be much appreciated

You can't put ten pounds of logo in a five pound header. Unless you want to redo the image to the same height as the image on the other site, one way to fix it would be to add some margin-top to #slider in stylesheet_tm.css. Thirty px or so should do it.
