Problems with mailbeez review reminder module

I'm using zncart v 1.3.9 and mailbeez version 2.6.5
When i go to the mailbeez review simple module/ email templates, all i get is a blank pop up, both in html and text. I've seen another post with this same problem, but the link that was provided just takes me to the install instructions.
Can anyone help?
