Customers Referral Report

I have had 2 customers use a discount code, but in my Customers Referral Report there is only one listed for that particular code. Any idea why?

Did the Customer already have a previous code set prior to using the referal code?

Did you check the date ranges that you are checking?

What shows in the Customer ... Customer ... when you edit their accounts?

no they didnt use a code previous. It was a new customer.

It shows the discount code they entered in the referral spot when creating an account.

What are the dates of the account creations for the Customer it shows and the Customer it does not show?

What are the dates of the Orders that show the Coupon?

What is the date range that you are checking on the Customers Referral Report?
