Captcha Error Message

I found the error in the debug but am not sure what to do. Can someone help me. The error states "[31-Oct-2012 12:38:13] PHP Fatal error: 1062uplicate entry 'configCaptchaValidation' for key 'page_key' :: INSERT INTO zen_admin_pages ( page_key, language_key, main_page, page_params, menu_key, display_on_menu, sort_order ) VALUES ( 'configCaptchaValidation', 'BOX_CONFIGURATION_CAPTCHA_VALIDATION', 'FILENAME_CONFIGURATION', 'gID=32', 'configuration', 'Y', '32'); in /home/firstcap/public_html/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 101"

I am getting the error message ""WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again." when I click send on SQL Patch in Admin. I was told this debug error message will help me but I am not sure what to do to fix the problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That message basically is telling you that the admin stuff for that SQL Patch has already been done.
In many cases that means you can just skip it...since if it's already been done then it's not necessary to keep doing it.

I guess I am still confused. I cannot use the Captcha or finish installation because of the Error Message. How do I fix the debug error message so that I can finish uploading the SQL Patch and finish the install.

I suppose you could skip whichever SQL statements are failing and try running the rest.

I cannot do anything and cannot run the rest of Captcha because of the error message. Any more help.

The first thing I would do then is remove the files that you added when installing the plugin to your site. And undo any files you changed.
At least then you should be able to use your site until you sort out whatever is wrong.

Sounds like the plugin doesn't properly auto-detect whether things are already installed, and just keeps trying to do certain installation things regardless. The author should be advised of the problem so they can fix it.
