I would imagine if you have never installed it prior to this and are using the latest version then you should install the 1.2 sql

So I can ignore 1.21.sql and 1.22.sql?

Jut tried it and got this error

despite that error everything works fine!

glad it works but if you find it misbehaving then run the uninstall sql thru admin of store...then run the sql again but this time through myPHPadmin.

The error sometimes means that the code could not go via admin and needs to be done through the myPHPadmin instead.

Any version released in 2014 or later has a self installer so those patches are unneeded. You only need them if upgrading from a version below v1.2.3 to the latest version. In that case you'd run the patches manually until you reach 1.2.2 and then the installer would take over.
