Easy Populate missing from menus.

Hi All,
Easy Populate CSV - Easy Populate For v1.5 (1.2.5.7b)

I have installed this Ad-On and it seems to be working okay except I've had to bookmark the url of the Easy Populate admin page in my browser (easypopulate.php) because "Easy Populate" is missing from both the "Tools" and "Configuration" menus in my Zen Cart Admin.

I'm certain I followed the installation instructions to the letter so any ideas as to why this has happened?

Are you a "super user"?
If not, get one who is to add EP to your profile

If so, then you have missed a step in the install

I'm missing EP within my Tools dropdown as well. I don't know what a Super User is... all I know is that I installed the latest version of Zen Cart (v1.5.1) and the latest Easy Populate (v1.5).

Kobra, you're so nice in answering everyone's questions (you seriously deserve a reward!)... but if you're involved with EP, hopefully you can influence the developers to make their install.txt a little easier to understand, as I have noticed a lot of references to issues with the install.

of course, I'm dumb as a bag of rocks, so you might not want to take all of my suggestions too seriously :)

Admins and users can be assigned various levels of control and access to the 'back side" of zen cart.

If you're not a "super user", you don't automatically get access to everything. it has to be assigned to your user.. Add-ons (like EP) generally are defaulted-OFF....

The preference settings for this are under "Admin Access Management -> Admin Users" (Edit to get settings)... just go there, add the EP to your login view, and it should show up!

I'm having a similar issue with EasyPopulate CSV. I believe I installed it correctly. I am able to access Tools>Easy Populate but not Configuration>Easy Populate. When I try to export a list, I get a MYSQL error in the DEBUG log: Unknown column 'p.EASYPOPULATE_CONFIG_CUSTOM_FIELDS' in 'field list'

I was hoping to go into the configuration to see how to resolve this but it's not there. Any ideas?

Same problems here. I see "Easy Populate" under tools, but nothing under "Configuration" menu!

It does function. With many problems.

I don't know whether my other problems should be discussed here?
