My monthly specials and the other products in my main page are in columns

Hello I am trying to change my New Products For November, Monthly Specials For November and my featured products into rows not into columns its going down when i want my products to all in the side. I have tried everything but nothing is working.

If anyone can help me with this ill be so thankful.

admin > config > index listing > New Products Columns per Row

and
