i noticed something was wrong since i haven't received any orders for a while so i tried to send nyself an order to test but i couldn't get further than "confirm the order"
this is the message that come next:
Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function. Please check Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport.

i know this must be pretty to simple to rectify but i really would appreciate some help
i set email transport method to php, smtp and sendmail but it's still no-go
