Nods in agreement..
Please don't take this the wrong way, but in my humble opinion it sounds as if you might be a bit over your head in trying to do these add-on and template installs yourself. Your posts here and the troubles you posted on the Ty Package Tracker support thread have lead me to this conclusion.
The way to uninstall your template is to back out the template files. The way to install a new template is to select a new template and upload the proper files to your store.. That said if you did not install your template to begin with (your previous posts indicate as much), then this may not be an easy task for you to take on.
As for Ty Package Tracker, the install is very straight forward. Based on your posts in the support thread it appears as if you have missed something in the install. Also, the readme files which come with Ty Package Tracker also state very clearly in at LEAST two places that the add-on is indeed v1.5 compatible. The readme and the leading post of the support thread also states very clearly how the mod works:
Again, please don't take this the wrong way, you might want to give some consideration to paying for some assistance to help you get things working for you..-There is a separate sidebox that show the customers past orders. Customer can track their orders from the sidebox or from the "My Account" page
Ummmm.. YES!!!!!
Personally I don't use Template Monstrosity templates (NEVER WILL), but I would NOT give these clowns my store's FTP credentials.. They do such a horrid job with their awful hacked to all h*ll templates that there's no way in H*LL I would let them monkey around in my store..
