Free shipping image not displaying

Hi,

Using v150 with the zencart zen template & google feeder installed. I have one item that is set for free shipping but the free shipping image will not display.
I have reviewed most of the posts in the forum and double checked all the settings in the admin, checked that the gif is installed for both the current template & the default template. I tried the classic template and it didn't show there either. I checked the code for

includes/templates/zencart_zen/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php

as was discussed in some of the posts and I couldn't find anything wrong. The item is set to ship free as I can use a dummy account and checkout.

Pretty perplexed.

Go to the Catalog ... Product Types ... EDIT LAYOUT ... and set the setting for:

Product Free Shipping Image Status - Catalog
Show the Free Shipping image/text in the catalog?
