You will have to edit your tpl_header.php file and take the code for the header search out of the div that you added the display:none; to.

Thank you again. I cut the code for the search and pasted at the end of the file, and presto, I have my search bar back.

Has anyone managed to get the categories to work dynamically in a 4 column box? This site has done it nicely with level one as the header and the relevant subs below, but if not sure if it's dynamic or hard-coded (click on dog-shop under the logo):

Wasn't sure where to post this but it seems I'm missing the define_Conditions.php file? I even re-downloaded the main file & it's not in there?

It should be define_conditions.php (all lowercase letters) , and it sits in "includes\languages\english\html_includes\".

This file comes with a standard ZC install.
