    I am getting a lot of people trying to use my email server under my contact us page.
    I want to put a captcha here to stop all of the spam I am getting.
    Which one is best to use and how to install?

    I can't advise on which one is best, but they should all have readme files or instructions packaged with them, if they are made to use with Zen Cart.
