v1.3.9 TaxCloud installation issues

Hello,

I am using v1.3.9h and I'm having issues getting the TaxCloud plugin to work. I've searched this site and TaxCloud's site and read everything I can find, to no avail.

Thus far, I've done the following:

• Downloaded TaxCloud 1.5.2
• Uploaded the TaxCloud files to my server (twice). I confirmed each uploaded by verifying the current date/time/file size on the server.
• Confirmed with GoDaddy that SOAP is enabled
• Created a new tax class with the TIC ID of '00000' and assigned it to each product in my store
• Set 'Display Prices with Tax' to False
• Since I had already customized my order.php file, I used WinMerge to manually add the TaxCloud order.php code to my customized file

I can access the admin login page with no problem, but the only place in the admin menu where any reference to TaxCloud appears is in the 'Gift Certificate / Coupons' menu where I have a 'TaxCloud Coupon' menu item. When I process a purchase, the sales tax is zero.

On the taxcloud website, I set my store address as www.mywebsite.com rather than www.mywebsite.com/store.

From the other posts, it looks like there should be an admin menu item where I add my API ID and API KEY, but I don't see it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, you should be seeing the TaxCloud menu item if all the files have been installed correctly. Are there any errors in the logs? If you would like to contact me directly I can help you further.

TaxCloud, I've sent you a couple PMs since 11/20, but haven't heard back. In case they're not making it to you, I have not been able to resolve the issues and still need some assistance.
