I removed the old Easy Slider code from the Brighton Pets main stylehseet, which I assume we are to do when swapping sliders on your templates. I did find this part at the bottom of the old slider code uncertain, but removed it...was that correct?includes/templates/preston_elite/images/logo.png

Yes, you can either remove that line or leave it in if your slide show images are 250px high.

You will remove the if part of the code you added to includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_main_page.php.

I have just tried to install this on a local test site which has Ajax image swapper . My images now do not display for either the slider or my product info page. I have had this issue before where any other jquery based plugin does not work due to the ajax image swapper.

Is there a solution to avoid this clash. and get Ajax to work with other jquery products..

Or is there a way of having a slider for the additional images under the product image. As I am prepared to do away with the other feature of the ajax image swapper which is to change the main image when the attributes are selected.

My guess is that you are loading the same jquery files or calling the jquery main library twice. You need to check all of the jquery files used for both modules and find out what is causing the conflict.

A message window pops up stating that the "hotlinking" needs to be removed. Here is the code that came with the download that handles this:

Sorry about that! I have attached a patch that can be uploaded to includes/templates/override/jsccript to fix the problem.

I used the patch and I am still having issues with the popup...what is the code that needs to be removed to eliminate the need for the patch?

Hi Guys,

I have installed this great slideshow to my website which was uploaded for the first time this morning. Since uploading to the server I am unable to view the slideshow on the homepage. I have installed the addon correctly as far as I am aware and have also applied the easing patch uploaded by Picaflor.

This works on localhost whenever the internet connection is turned off, however with the internet turned on it doesn't display anything. I assumed this was due to my firewall but since uploading to the server the issue has persisted.

Any ideas? A link to the site can be found below...

Check your jqueries. Just from a quick look at the source I notice that the slides.js is not loaded and you have the jquery library loading more than once.
