Mega Menu Mess

Please take a look at All Products on the mega menu drop down menu. It’s a bit of a mess (don’t know why), but if you kind of squint, the first item directly underneath is Women’s Perfume, and the fly out menu to the right has the alphabet.

The alphabet is what I’m interested in. First, I’d like to switch out the messed up All Products title/link to just read Women’s Perfume and then instead of a fly out, could it just drop down to show the alphabet? Also, I’d like the drop down much smaller so you wouldn’t need to scroll down to see all of it.

Now if you take a look at the sidebox, the first category Women’s Perfume, it brings you to this page:

... which I hate. I much prefer the direct results from the individual letters, as the fly out brings you to. This brings me to my next question.

If I can have the navigation I want in the drop down menu in the header, can I remove Women’s Perfume and Men’s Cologne from the sidebox and just put them in the drop down menu on top?
