Default Easy Populate Installation In Sub-Domain

I installed Easy Populate for the main domain store without issue. However, I have created a new sub domain store and the installation isn't going the same. I uploaded all the files the same as the other main domain installation; I have checked it about ten times now, most of which were spent deleting all of the associated files and reuploading them again. Although all the folders and files are in the right configuration in the subdomain directory, the Tools>EasyPopulate isn't in the Admin area.

Can someone tell me what to check or where I may need to edit the file paths somewhere in the easy populate files to possibly account for the sub domain directory paths or whatever needs to be done to make this work?

I am using ZC Version 1.5.0 and Easy Populate 4. The main domain is http://www.syntheticmotorsports.com and the sub domain store is at http://fordraptor.syntheticmotorsports.com
