Hello all,

this is my first post on here. My hosting company (Domain.com) recently revamped their user interface, and with it, changed the location of all of their database IP locations. This I understand. My issue is with the nddbc.html file. I want to change it to say something other than "will be fixed in a few minutes", however when I change it in the ftp program (transmit) and save it, the changes do not take effect on the page. Is there any other place that this file could be located other than the main directory?

You really should fix the database connection problem, rather than messing with the file that's telling your visitors that there's a problem.

That said, the file is located only in the root of the store. There's no other place to change it.

If your changes aren't "taking" then either your uploads are failing or your browser is caching it, or the server is doing caching entirely outside of the control of Zen Cart and thus you will need to sort that problem out with your hosting company.
